Ponderings . . .
I checked my measurements yesterday and I am down about 1 inch at my waist, and an inch at my hips, and over 1 inch around my chest. As of this morning, I am sneaking up on 8 pounds like a thief in the night. I just have to be sure to drink my water. That really seemed to speed up the weight loss. Truthfully I don't really see anything in my face, but I can feel the difference in my bra strap.
Last night I used that new exercise tape that I bought, and maybe I was doing the move wrong but I strained my back. So tomorrow I am going to see about returning the whole kit and caboodle and returning to my old faithful T-Tapp tape.
