Still on program, sorta
I am still eating the RD way, but I ate a bit of extra beans yesterday since I was a bit hungry. Since I am still eating all low salt foods, I have to be sure to get 300 mg of salt per day.
Actually I am enjoying myself on this eating plan and waiting for the day that my thighs are no longer kissing cousins, but merely passing acquaintances.
Next Monday I am going to start my exercise program. It might work a bit better of I am not only looking at the box everyday.
