Nothin' from nothin' leaves nothin' You gotta have somethin' If you wanna be with me...
I felt like Warren G. did on the Celebrity Fit Club finale -- choked the hell up, but unable to let Darryl see me cry like a little bitch. 222...again? WHAT? After all of the cheats that I sacrificed this week? Hell even drinking sangria and eating fettucini I managed to lose a pound. You telling me I did everything RIGHT and didn't lose a freakin' pound?
Ok. Tears. Please. Don't. Fall.
He kept trying to talk to me and I kept just looking at the wall. I know dude thought I was a retard. LOLOL I just knew that if I opened up my mouth AT ALL some expletives were going to come out, and then some tears would soon follow.
I'm gonna give Jenny Craig one more week, and then that's it for me. GRANTED, I haven't been doing the activity part cuz of my tendonitis -- but damn...NO POUNDAGE? At all?
Not to mention that bitch Red-Haired Rita showed up this weekend. Darryl said she could have bought alot of water with her this trip, but I was balking at the notion. Makes no difference -- that damn scale should have moved! I stuck to the diet flawlessly, and then some. At these prices, one more week and no move, and I'll be done with JC for good. Please believe me.
I'm mad as hell this week, folks. Let's see if I can channel it to bring about some change.
Oh, and I picked up a Tanitas scale to monitor my body fat and water percentage as well as my weight (made me $80 lighter in the pocket though), so I'm going to take control of this poundage my damn self. I don't trust Jenny or her scales damnit. I know I lost something! Argggggghhhhhhhhhh!

Give it a chance!
No weight change? It'll come! Just give it some time! The exercise is a huge part of it. Walking is easy and it does a lot more than people think. Just put a little pep in your step :)
JC is expensive so I won't be on it for that much longer but it does work.....I wish you all the best this week! I am channeling my motivation to you! Have a good one!
Okay..those mystery pounds came back this week and they brought some friends with them. I can't say that I've been good though. The past two weeks were really hard and I ate more than I should have. What did that accomplish? A big fat nothing...which is what I'm gonna be if I don't get my act together.
Be grateful for that pound and be especially grateful that it went towards the negative. Weight is a tricky thing. I know that JC is expensive but do you think that you can continue to make those kinds of meals for yourself? Wait, do you buy the food or do you make your own? If you make your own you should be okay but if you bought the JC food you might have some trouble recreating the recipes. I think you can do it. You've already gone this long and you haven't really cheated or anything. Don't let the scale get you down. That's a big challenge coming from the world's biggest scale-a-holic...lol!! You just keep it up and the next thing you know you're gonna be jumping for joy!
I have a question for you? How do you feel.. I mean really feel. If you feel good about yourself and what you are doing then relax. Because it takes time. Listen to your body. It will tell you what is going on. Do you get full quicker than b4? Has your water intake increased where as you couldn't stand water b4.
All those are small signs that are telling you that you are going in the right direction. The scale helps us to measure but your body is the ultimate scale. Like some days I can look at roll 1 & 2 and see that they were smaller this week vs last. That means I have been eating the right foods. So just listen to your body and don't give up.
I agree with Plain_Jane. I know how frustrating it is to do everything perfectly and then see no results on the scale. But sometimes when we restrict ourselves after having been so indulgent with ourselves for so long - our bodies rebel.....and hold on to EVERYTHING we eat. Give it some time for your body to catch up and realize that you aren't starving it. If you feel good about what you are doing then keep doing it. You'll start to see results before you know it.
I'm sorry...that is so frustrating!!! Maybe you could try another plan, like Weight Watchers? Or maybe you could make your own "makeshift" JC with the thousands of dinners out there like Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, etc....Lean Cuisine, especially, is starting to have some pretty tasty stuff!! But give it some more time, I suppose, and be sure to get some exercise in there. I'm not familiar with JC, but do they have some sort of exercise requirement? Maybe that's the ticket, if you can get in 3 days or so.
I hope the scale reads differently for you next week. Regardless of what your decision is with JC, keep at it with the eating and exercising and it will eventually come off.
