first WI
Today we had a first WI after couple of us got together to be weight loss buddies. So the statistics for the week. I started of at 91.4 kg and managed to get down to 89.5 kg in a week. Not bad! Just 100 grams short of 2 kgs. Woo hoo.
I am well aware then week two will be a different story. I hope for at least a pound loss! A pound and a half would be like YAY! :)
It was an easy start. I am very determined and motivated - you know when you dont know exactly where that motivation comes from but it is just there...hehehe.
I am tracking food and it is kind of fun. Plus it really makes you more accountable and more importantly AWARE! It is only when we are not aware that we tend to over eat and do all sorts of stupid things :)

Back again
I am back again. I guess it is important to never give up. I have been away for a long time...i think since around spring time.
The good new is, surprisingly, i am almost at the same weight as i was when i left :D
There are so many cool applications now to help track calories. I am using Loseit! for iphone. I like it. It's fun tracking it like that. Of course it is made entirely for US market but it is still ok to use even when not in US. I wish they would add metrics at least for weight :)
I have been good entire week. Tomorrow i am going for my first WI after resuming the diet. I did really well this week. I think i might have lost something close to 4 pounds in a week 1. I know it is only because it is the first week that i can manage to lose so much. Now the real thing starts when it is hard to stay motivated if the weight goes down slower.
