Okay, so yet again, 2nd a week in a row I had a gain. Not much of one but it was still a gain. But, this is MY week. I KNOW I can do it! Go Me!
Today is extremely busy. I've got to leave for my WW meeting in an hour. I can't decide if I am going to stay there, because afterwards I have to go to the grocery store. So schedule for today would look like:
8-9- Walk/Get ready for meeting
9-1030- WW Meeting
1030-1145-Store/Get home
1145-1- Lunch
1-330-Exercise
I am overestimating the time for this because 98% of the time I get freakin interrupted. If I didn't I'd be done by 3.
330-430- Shower/Get ready to leave
430-5- Fold Towels
5-6:30- Make/Eat Dinner
6:30-7- Walk
7-8-Polish Nails
If I don't stay at my meeting I gain 30 minutes and if I'm not interrupted exercising I gain an hour. Still unsure about Well off to start my day. I'll repost later with a weigh in update.
Today definatly didn't got as well as I had liked. Especially in the exercise department. However, I have been killing myself all week, so I think at this point I deserve a break. Although this week wasn't great its the best week I've had in 2 months. Weigh In is tomorrow, so hopefully the scale is going to go in the correct direction. I'm thinking about putting my full weight loss journey on here, though I am incredibly beat right now, and need to be up early because I've got a WW meeting at 10am, plus I'm not really sure anyone really cares. If you do, by all means let me know.
Tomorrow's the beginning of a new week, and if I acheive my goal of FINALLY having a non-negative FP week, I get my PJs! YEAH!!!!! Because my next goal after that is cool converse sneakers. The one thing that is keeping me REALLY motivated right now are these 3 pairs of 1970's vintage jeans I bought that I can't get up because my thighs are WAY TOO FAT. Anyone have any suggestions for slimming down thighs, especially ones that peak over the knees? But, I want to wear those jeans BADLY. I know they'll fit in the waste because they are my waste size, its just a matter of getting them up to that point. Okay, bedtime. Toodles! *sends out happy wieght loss thoughts to all*
Today I wanted to look at my pictures. So I went to Yahoo! Photos to only find it had been shut down. I signed up on Flickr and hated it and then remembered that I had this account. I then decided to put my pictures up and actually go the full monty with this page. Hopefully, it'll help me stay completely commited because this weight has got to go and I would love nothing more than to be more confident and feel good about myself. Toodles for now!
