Gym Induction
Forgot I had this earlier today! It went fine, didn't have time to do a proper work out afterwards, but going tomor night. Also got an appt with a personal trainer on Sunday to make me up a programme, so it'll be good to have some sorta exercise goal to work towards! Am quite exciting to start now :)

Lost 2lbs this eve! Woooo! Also dropped to a lower stone bracket, yehah! But also means I have one less point to eat each day :(
Its annoying that you can't enter half pounds on this thingy! Not impressed!

Sunday
I've had such a lazy Sunday today, it's been great, esp since the weather is so nasty outside! Had a major cocktail session yest in Edinburgh and Glasgow, was so much fun! I had some points saved up, so hopefully won't affect my WI tomor too much :-/
Am off tomor too, so going to my gym induction in the morning, then having a very light lunch with my workmate, then WI class and then dinner! Fun times!

A wee half pound...
...off tonight at Wi. Quite happy with this as had at least 3 bad days last week! I really need to get focused and get some proper losses, hopefully after joining the gym tomor, I'll see some bigger losses.
Will check in again tomor after my gym induction!

WI tomor again!
And its not been the best week for me, had 3 nights out this week and not alot of exercise....ooooops! Joined the gym again though and I've got my induction on Tues eve, so looking forward to that!
Just left the NCU Biggest Loser wrap party...and let me say, there are alotta inuendo's going on on that thread right now, I defo think we need a boy on our next challenge...I'm saying nomore! What happens on the NCU stays on the NCU, haha!
Off to watch Stephen Fry in America, see ya xx

Cold, Cold & Sleepy
Yup, I'm cold...cold and sleepy! Have no motivation today as in work on my lonesome, so I could easily stay online the whole day, but I have a big old pile of work sitting next to me that I put off when I was studying 
Speaking of studying, exam went ok I think, we get the results next week I think...eeeek!
Going to my friend's new flat in Glasgow tonight for dinner and her boyf is making homemade chicken and mushroom pie...you know anything pie-like is not gonna be good points wise, so gonna starve all day! Well not really, I don't think I could starve myself if I tried! Gonna either have a turkey subway (only 4pts) or a salad and that'll be it til dinner.
Really want a bigger loss on Monday!

Its WI again!
Lost 1lb
I'm totally happy, cos I really wasn't the best at the weekend! Gonna properly count everything this week as wanna aim for at least 2.5lbs off so I can drop a stone bracket! Probably impossible, but a girl can dream...!
Got my exam tomor morning, so off to cram my evening away

Sunday
Yup, we're at Sunday already and up until an hour ago I was too hungover to function!
Had some citrus green tea and some salt n vinegar crisps (plus extra strength painkillers of course) and it seems to have cured me! Touch wood though!
I was out cutting some rug last night and most definately had too much to drink, can't remember getting home...never good! I was awesome points wise on Saturday, but I'm sure I went over with all the gin. I would try and point it, but can't remember how many I had!
So needless to say, I'm on a super low day today, what with it being WI day tomor...I hate WIing in on Mondays, theres no claw back time from the weekend! But alas, its the only class I can make it to.
So today, as soon as I finish this I am off to cram for my exam on Tuesday and hope that I didn't kill off the brain cells that had all the exam info in!
Salad for lunch and stirfry for dinner I reckon, its all about the free veg today, good times!! ;)

Brrrr.......
.....its so goddamn cold out there today, its truly winter! Had this my WI class this eve and I lost 1.5lbs, which I'm happy with as I did cheat a little last week :-/
Although, I'm sure my jeans weighed about 10lbs, they were totally soaked through!
Gonna try and be saintly this week, get at least 3 swims in and stick to my stupid points! Wish me luck!

First "official" WI class after hols...
Well looks like my scales at home were slightly off last week, as I put on 1.5lbs this week :( But thats it, I'm a girl on a mission now! I will not continue with this on-off yo yoing anymore! I'm sticking to this until Christmas and I want to see some serious losses!! I'm sick of wasting my time!
Already started this morning, went for my first swim in a few years and I'd forgotten how much I love it! So I'm going again tomorrow night....
Back to taking my lunches to work too, cos its too difficult to judge the points otherwise, plus it'll save me a few bucks, so all in all, a good plan all all around!
Sorted!
