Weigh In!!!

I'm so stressed out!!!! I've been eating like crazy and haven't been working out! I really need to GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!!!!!!  I don't know what's wrong.  My wedding is going to be here so fast and still going to HEAVY LOL!

todays workout

I got up this morning and didn't get to do my in line skating that I was going to do.  Instead I hiked up the hills and did 4 miles in 1hour this morning.  I'm very sore from my workouts!!!!!! My legs and my bottom is sore...... from walking and doing the Wii EA active.. the leg workouts are a killer!!!!!!! Have to keep it movin!!!!! Tired of being tired. I want to look the way I was..................and be happy and make better choices........

Morning workout...

This morning I dropped my son off for his saturday program then I went to the beach.  I walked for 2 hours and jogged for 30 mins.  It was a beautiful morning.  It feels good to be outside in the fresh air and work out.  It motivates me seeing other people working out as well and pushes me to work harder.  I went home and did my Wii EA Active 30 changelle workout Day 2 and burned some more fat off of me !!!!  I'm getting up early tomorrow and go in-line skating at the beach.

Wii EA Active

I just started the Wii EA Active on Monday.  I didn't think it do really anything for me.  I did the Wii Fit Plus and it really wasn't a work out for me.  The EA Active really shocked me.  OMG!!!!!!!!! I put it to High Intensity workout and it really was high. I started to sweat like I was really working out.  Yesterday I was really sore.  My calfs are still sore today.  I didn't workout yesterday because I was sore.  I'm going to use it longer today. 
 
Well so far I have lost 13lbs and happy with it.  I still need to lose alot more.  My story  continues.........

I fell off wagon but I'm Back!!!!

I'm blogging my progress again.  Yes, I fell off the wagon from this website.  I'm going to promise myself to post something at least once a week.  I hope everyone is doing great with their progress.  I have to be serious about my work out now because I have to look right in my wedding dress on 10-24-10.  My goal is to get down to 120lbs by the first week of June.  I think I can do that.

I lost 1.6lbs this week after gaining last week.  That's good news for me.  I had a great weekend. I'm offically engaged now!!!! My man asked me to marry him this weekend.  Then took me to see Maxwell concert front row tickets!  Well, I really have to watch my weight now to get into my wedding dress next October 16th 2010!!!

Weigh In day!!!!!!

I am so HAPPY today!! The scale had happy news for me this morning.  After weeks of gaining it finally came off. I lost 6.4 lbs this week!!! I'm still walking every morning and I have been really watching of what I eat now!  I have been trying to avoid bread and rice. Those are my weakness........I need to do better on drinking my water though...  Until next week.......Started at 157lbs...... bye bye 150's .... Today 145lbs...

9-28 Weigh in....

I weighed in this morning. Finally the scale is going the other way DOWN!!!! I lost 1.2 lbs this week. I kept up my with my walking in the mornings,  I did pretty good considering I went out to dinner 3 nights this past week.  It was a busy weekend for me.  I was so proud of myself that I didn't eat the BREAD on the table!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not good!!

I gained again this week.  I worked out all week.  I didn't eat right this week.  I was doing WW points and just stopped thinking I can do it myself. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!  Getting back to my WW points I'm not strong enough to do it without WW points. I really need to follow something........ And it's week before "the monthly visitor"...... till next week.
