Inching it's way down...

155.2 today..that's the lowest I've seen this go round.  So...only 10.2 pounds til goal...woot woot!

gosh, I saw a pic of myself last May and I looked great (if I do say so myself) and now....not so great.  UGH!

Got another good night sleep last night, which is nice.  Hopefully tonight too. 

Going to exercise today.  If I can maintain 155-156 with no exercise, think of what I would be if I actually moved my ass out of this chair!

As you can see....still haven't started the C25K, I dont know what I'm so scared of.  I just cant seem to make myself do it.  ARGH!

Scared....

Are you scared that you won't be able to do it?  How do you know?  What if you try it and see if you can?  What could that hurt?  How many more questions can I ask??  But seriously.  Try it.  I think you'll love it.  It starts off slow and builds you up.  The feelings are amazing.  Plus, you will shrink so fast!  Trust me!

Tell yourself you are going to try it for a week and if you hate it you can switch to something else!

I bet you like it enough to stick with it!

Inching along

It doesn't hurt to try it.  If you don't like it, you can try something else, but this is the easiest and cheapest form of exercise!  Just you and your running shoes and wide open spaces . . .

Yea, beginning a new running routine has me shaking in my boots too.  Its a big (difficult) step.

Glad you finally slept.  It sucks to not be able to sleep good, or at all, huh!!

Congrats on the scale coming down and bigger HOORAY at not drinking that Pepsi!  That was a huge victory!

Running

Hey it's me again. I still have not started a running routine yet.  I seriously thought about it on Saturday May 10th, but I was too busy.

And have you tried the prunes yet? Seriously it helps me with my going issues in the restroom.  Ugh, so embarrassing to talk about!   Anyways, buy some prunes, put them all in a pot of water, cook on stove on medium-low for 15 minutes, drain, put them in fridge, eat 3 per day!

you're almost to goal weight !  Soooo close!  Keep us posted!
