Vacation and a Wedding Killed Me
I'm doing poorly this week. I'm up a few pounds. Mostly due to a week at the beach that included a lot of food, drinks, and a wedding. Today, it's time to be serious again and exercise and be on plan. I know that one or two of the pounds is water, because we had a very salty meal yesterday. Still yet, some is fat, so here we go to get rid of the same couple of pounds yet again.
Maintenance can be very difficult! Of course, I get very nervous with a fluctuation, so I've got to be seriously on my diet the next two weeks. Low salt, low fat, high protein, high vegetable. Here we go!
