Im home now and totally missing the beach haha i want to live where i was staying.
Got slightly hooked on the coffee's at the wonderful cafe's out there. But i am happy to be home in my own bed with my partner again i missed him alot and i think he missed me too haha i have been getting lots of attention and cuddles.
I would like to loose another 3-5 kg this month i think if i really get stuck into hard work outs and work on boosting my metabolism with some more weight related workouts i can do this. Im no longer on duromine have been off for few weeks now and still seeing weigh loss, Also my hunger has increased slightly but really nothing i cant maintain by thinking first and pre preparing i keep only healthy foods in my home to reduce the risk of having a bad day. Brita have these jugs that filter your water and im finding that the filtered water tastes better and removes that chlorinated taste from the ''town water'' so im more likely to drink more if i have this option It's GREAT :)

Hello dress





Size 16 AUS Dress hope i get into a 14 soon.
This dress i havent worn since i was 16 and i kept it in hopes id be back in in some day hehe WORTH it..

Day 2 Puppy sitting

Damn stupid weather so today its decided to be all windy and raining on and off *sigh* how annoying so the dog is going crazy because he has too much energy and im going crazy because im looking at my belly thinking omg  this thing is never going away is it and to top it all off the dog woke me last night at 4 am barking at people walking down the street. Not a happy bunneh today.
I will do some jumping jacks and lunges and weights today.
Yesterday i ended up walking 12 km total with the dog *waves her arms happily*
Ok today's plan seeing as it's raining and too shitty to go outside
Pushups
Tummy crunches
Jumping jacks
Weights
Lunges with and without weights
I need to do something especially after all the carbs i had yesterday.

Day 1 Puppy sitting

Oh this is going to be the longest two weeks ever,  i woke at 5 am this morning and prepared for my walk said goodbye to all my siblings who are traveling over seas and now its just me and the doggy chilling out we went for a 6 km power walk this morning at 6 which was so lovely along the beach and he is so well behaved on a leash thank god, but off leash he jumps so much and is HUGE so its not like dealing with a small puppy he bit my wrist and drew blood this morning so im deff going to be working on some basic training with him. This afternoon i will go for another walk with him to burn off some more energy and tonight after dinner which is super carby i will work out with some weights and do lunges etc,  I think im going to go buy my own fruit and vegetables and meat because microwave meals are WOAH even the ''healthy'' ones are like eating a whole bag of chips. I do not want to risk gaining any weight at all while im here i will be depressed if i do so i need to keep on top of things and i don't mind cooking.


Oh i got this app on my phone called Map my walk, It is so handy tells me the calories i burn and the distance and all kinds of things i love it....

Mixing it up!

In preperation for my time away from home i am going over some possible new work out routines that would be able to be done away from the gym
Something like this

with a big 2+ hour walk/jog with the dog

Lunge: 15 reps each leg or as many as possible.

Hop Scotch: 30 seconds.

Push Up: 25 reps or as many as possible.

Hop Scotch: 30 seconds.

Repeat cycle 4 – 8 rounds.

I think i will write down a few different work out routines to do while there in my weightloss diary, will also i think take my tape measure and not scales just to monitor myself while away from home.

Next week i have so much university work to do its making me anxious i have 3 assignments to complete before thursday so i dont think i will blog much this week i will however try to when i get free time.

Rain Rain Go Away!

Ok so its been raining today all day i havent worked out in 2 days and am feeling sort of like a fat slob so in the morning even if its still raining im going to go to the gym (i don't drive i make the walk to the gym) with my umbrella.

I wanted to tell you all something about my weight-loss journey, i keep 3 Logs, this site blog, a log at my doctors, and my own written diary. In my written diary i keep my measurements also and over the weekend i realized that since January i have lost a total of 44 cm from my waist that is 17 inches for those of you who don't use the same measurements us my country. I probably sound obsessive but honestly if i didn't keep all of these i wouldn't be reaching my goals they keep me focused.
ALSO
MY FOLLOWERS MY FRIENDS I THANK YOU BECAUSE WITHOUT YOU ALWAYS SUPPORTING ME AND TALKING ME THROUGH THE BAD SHIT I WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN THIS FAR.
Now it's almost my bed time but i really wanted to put up a new post because i like keeping you all up to date on what's happening in this chubby bunneh's world.
University is going well im still getting top grades although i have a few assignment's i need to get done faster then i would have liked because i will be taking care of my brothers dog in the coming weeks and that involves being away from home and my pc which i require for Photoshop.Fingers crossed it all turns out well.

Goodmorning!

Goodmorning Sunshine's

Ok woke at 6.00 am for morning walks its now 8.00 am and I'm home decided to come check in here because i haven't in a few days. I'm going to be walking mornings daily again as well as my gym routine because i find it picks my mood up a little bit and i have been a bit irritable and sad lately for no apparent reason. 

Today i will be working on some of my university assignment's and home alone which sort of sucks, hate it when my partner works weekend's but it's good for the bills and it gives me some time without distraction to work on study. 

My weight seems to be sitting steady and stubborn this week it has gone down a little which is nice *DOES A HAPPY DANCE* and as long as I'm not gaining I'm not going to let it get to me. 

OH i put the tape measure around me the other day and put it to the size i was and OMG major eye opener of how big i actually was, it was like having a hula hoop around me its amazing makes me even prouder of how much i have lost. People are noticing allot more now too which is a nice incentive to keep going I will win this war... 

I need to buy myself something for when i reach my 85 kg milestone to hide away and give me more motivation but I'm not sure what i should get i thought of Disney movies because I'm a total sucker for them i know I'm a adult but hell I LOVE CARTOONS and i Love building blanket forts D.T.B.B.F'S (down to build blanket forts) I'm not ashamed to admit that. 

Ok time for me to go get started on tidying the house
