Memorial Weekend....
Memorial weekend was great! I did pretty good on portion control....can't say that I didn't over do it on some of my favorities. One of the good things was that we got crabs, so instead of filling up on everything bad for me I ate crabmeat, which was DELICIOUS!! WI this morning and I gained a pound, but I'm back to the grind! Tae-bo this morning for 45 min...WOOHOO!!! Look out world here I come! I think I'm gonna add on some treadmill or elyptical in the evenings so that I'll have more than just my morning excercise going.....3weeks til FL!! 16 pounds to go!!
