3 things....
Ok so last night a dear friend of mine said to write down three things I want to accomplish this week....
- Excercise 3 times this week in the a.m.
- Lose 8 more pounds
- Sit down a write out small goals and my ultimate goal for 2007....and how I plan to attain them
Pray for me..........I can and will do this!
