Hey Marleeboo ! Cheer Up Girl You Can Do This 2 !

Marleeboo,

You can do this thing too! Don't be so hard on yourself we are our on worse enemy & we want to think it is other people but it is us ! We sit back saying oh heck I might as well go ahead & eat that other piece of pizza or that bowl of ice cream I'm already so big it don't matter !  WRONG ! You get up out of that pit you are in you brush yourself go look in the mirror  & tell that person you see that you are going to do this & they can't stop you ! Because if you start out with a defeatist attitude you are already halfway defeated ! Now get up ! Move it Move it ! I know you can do it ! Now  you show you that you can do it !

What's your plan?

Sure, we all have goals, but what's your plan?  What's your easiest part of the day, hardest?  For me, it's 7 p.m. to bedtime.  I just get the crazies.  The munchies, whatever.  That is also when the stress hits of dinner, baths, bedtime, laundry, dishes, etc.

Hang in there.  Make a calendar, write down when you are going to exercise each day/week - like an appointment with yourself.

Are you drinking your water?  Journaling?  I think the people that seem to be getting the most benefit out of this site are on here spelling out their good, bad and ugly, then cheering each other on.  Make this site work for you - it's yours too!

Hang in there!

You can do this!

Just keep repeating that mantra: I can do this. I need to do this for my health, my life, myself. I can keep going. Just aim for small goals- staying on plan for 1 day. Then 2 days. Then 3 days. Getting in 20 min. of exercise today, then tomorrow, and the next day. You will succeed!
