Done with Phase 2
So I'm done with Phase 2 for now. My last injection weight was 152.8. Today I am at 151.8. Not suppose to go more than 2 pounds above or below 152.8 in the next 6 weeks.
I am so happy that I found HCG protocol. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think this would be possible. To lose 27 pounds in about 7 weeks is amazing. I have always been a VERY SLOW loser. It was always so discouraging to me when others started and would lose 7-10 pounds their first weeek of dieting, I always stayed at 1-2 pounds a week. ALWAYS! Not anymore, I have found the cure and am ecstatic about it!

Another pound gone!
Down to 154.8. that means another pound gone in 2 days.. Yippee! Down to the wire now with 7 days left.

It's official!
I am at the lowest weight I have ever been at in 2 years! Yay! I still have 11 days left on this protocol. I'm so happy....
155.8 puts me at a total loss of 23 pounds so far. My measurements are amazing! My calves have never been this small (not that they are small, I carry a lot of weight in them). I bought some knee- high boots on Saturday that I could ZIP UP! I have never done that! WOOHOO!

I broke a stall...
I was stuck at 158.8 what seemed like FOREVER. Finally broke my stall today, so I'm at 157.2. I should have taken my measurements to ease my mind. My body was reshaping, so instead of losing weight, I lost inches! From Jan. 21st until today I lost 7.5 inches. Yippee!!!

And I feel incredible. This is the weight loss program for me!

HCG
Well, I started doing the HCG following Dr. Simeon's Pounds and Inches. I have lost 14 pounds since Dec. 30th. I feel fantastic, and my weight is melting. I can't believe the change, it's great!

Today's exercise
I did 10 min each - treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike.
I've been doing all the right things, but it looks like I went up in weight a tad bit. We will see come weigh in day (Wednesday)

Note to self
My exercise today:
Turbo jam - Fat Blaster and 10 min ea. treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike.
Stationary bike was real tough because it's been at least a year since I've sat on it. Guess I will have to get on it more now that I know it's tougher on me!

Today
Today I read all my past posts. This has been a really hard journey. It will be almost 2 years that I have been on this yo-yo. I gotta get going again. I really want to be thinner, I want to make my goal and MAINTAIN it. No more yo-yo for me!

I'm going down
Well, it's been quite some time since since I've posted. I'm hoping to keep this up this time. I have lost 8.2 pounds since Sept. 13. I joined weight watchers and have been attending meetings. Last week I decided to start taking Alli, which actually helped me lose 3.2 pounds in the last week. So really most of my weight loss these past 2 months has been in the last week. This has really been a very slow process.
The exercise is the easy part, I get 20 - 60 min in almost everyday. Alli has been helping me to not cheat. I'm afraid of the "treatment effects", so I keep the extra fat out of my diet.
I want to make this the LAST time I attempt my weight loss journey. I declare that this time I will acheive my weight loss and MAINTAIN.
