When I saw this pic of me on a hike in March '05, I couldn't believe it was me. However, I didn't decide to take action until over a year and a half later (other than temporary nonsense which resulted in 5-lb yo-yo-ing).
Not sure what my weight was. Probably near my all-time high. If I were to guess, 135-138.
Again, feeling heavy. Weight probably hovering somewhere between 130-135.
