practice 1/2

1/2 what?  1/2 marathon!  completed it in approximately 2:30 (my watch was slightly faster than the chip because of the start delay).  this of course was not my best time ever, but I was very happy with it!  i'm trying to get to sleep, but wanted to post this before doing so.



WOO WOO!  I was very excited at this point because we had spotted friends at mile 9 who were cheering us along (my friend's husband and another girl came with horns honking :)).

question to all of my friends who've done the nike women's 1/2 or full marathon: did you carry water and if not, did you feel there were adequate water stops?  I checked the website today and it said the full has 14 water stops, which was odd to me because I thought they would have one every mile.... insight on this would be much appreciated...
