how long has it been?
3 months? Oooops... but I have been reading, I swear! I've been busy! Right now, for example, my dad has been in town visiting and will be here through next Saturday. So it's been busy, but fun. On the exercise front, I have been kicking it into gear while training for the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon in October. It's going to be a blast! Two weekends ago was our longest run, 11 miles, so far in the training, and I thought it really wasn't that bad. Of course, we were pretty much going at a snail's pace... but who cares! Weight-wise, I've been up and down... today the scale said 134.8, so yeah, I need to update that little weight graph again...
I have noticed that my pants are a little too snug.... just proves that exercise is 1/2 the battle... gotta work on the eating as well. However, having dad in town definitely helps! We have been cooking up a storm, with me as the head chef and dad as the sous chef.

Fun stuff! Wow! You're half marathon is less than 2 months away. Sounds like you're doing great with your training. So good to hear from you!

Life happens. Can you believe our race is less than 2 months away??? 8 weeks left of training. I can't believe you've gotten up to 11 already. My longest run so far has only been 3 miles. It will go up next week, but my longest run is only going to be about 8 or 10.

You're going to do great at Nike Womens with all that training. Yes, hopefully we can at least meet up to say hello and snap a picture of us to post on EP! :) No, I haven't talked to Andrea in months. I don't know if she's still planning to come out or not.
Don't worry about not posting here much. A lot of people have disappeared. I don't blog as much as I used to either. I keep in touch with my EP friends via email or on Facebook mostly.
