April Fools Day
Had a fun April Fools Day, even though I tried to be prepared to tricksters, I was fooled a few times.
Early morning yoga and water aerobics in the evening. A group of us at work take a brisk 15 minute power walk during break. So I got my exercise in for the day.
Followed my food plan and water - 100 0z. Trying to think of a goal or two for April. Of course, I would like to lose a few lbs this month, but not sure what else to set for a goal.
Someone at work commented on my slack which were looking a little baggy. I wont' wear that pair of slack again. they will go bye bye.
Well, time for American Idol now....
