New Day in a New Year
Managed to maintain and lose 5 lbs from Thanksgiving throught New Years Eve. I am trying to focus on the health aspects but find I really want to see the results right away on the scale. I had hoped I would have lost more.
Started a Zumba class at my gym and it is a lot of fun. I take Yoga, Pilates and Water Aerobics. I keep it mixed up so I don't do the same things all the time. I also walk the dogs and enjoy being out side.
