Step Back?

I've been sticking pretty much to 1200 and now and now I've gone up 170 from 168.... I hoping its all the water I've been drinking...

Urgh! Hope everyone else is doing better then me! lol..

Rethink

I've been looking up on 1000 calories a day and hear nothing but how unhealthy it is for you, the average reconmendation is 1200. Alougth I have been doing well with only 1000 I dont want all my hard work gone to waste when I reach my target wieght and start to eat normal, to just put the wieght back on. So im going to aim for 1200 a day now and see how I get on. Im hoping I can still loose 1-2 pound/s a week. I have a long way to go but i'm sure i'll get there in the end!! Argh!!!

That time of year again

I was a bit naughty last night.. Me and Jonathan went for a few drinks (stuck to diet coke) then went for a packet of chips down by the beach.. Couldnt help myself, I had been good all day but hey ho! lol.. Calories for yesterday would of been great if it wasnt for the chips!! lol.. In all 1400.. Worth it now and again..

Today we were meant to go to a friends BBQ... Im not really in the mood for anyway never mind the food pushed in your face every 5 seconds!! Arh! Anyway, Jon went alone and I just said i'd skip it.. Feeling bad I never went though..

Stir Fry and Chicken for tea tonight, so i think my calories for today will be 800. So Im making up for yesterday..

Measured myself as well today, lost 1/2" from my waist already! And a few half an inches in other areas.. Pleased..

Update! Weighed myself today, 170, so im pleased.. Going to pub with Jonathan tonight, i'll stick with just Diet coke I think... Nothing is going to set me back from now on!!

Feeling Good

Been to work, popped into Marks and Spencers for a chicken wrap... So nice! Memo to self... Get another... Nando chicken.. Mmmm... No mayo and a little spicy, figured it might boost my metablisom (sp?) dont know if theres any truth in that, but hey? 270 calories..

Had Tomato and Basil soup for Dinner, hugh boal! @ only 150 calories it was worth everyone spoon full! Filled me right up...

Figured im going to surf the web... Starting Uni in a few weeks, no timetable as yet!! Will send a polite email asking to hurry it up at Student Services!!!

Planning on Sirfry veggies for Tea tonight.... I'll cook them in a pan so no need for oils etc... Thats about 150 for a big boal full (being genourus) ((again sp?)) so I'm got some spare calories if anyone wants them??

What? No takers...

I'm have a low cal Ice cream then for afterwards.. And a bit fruit will bring me to around 1000 and got in my five a day!!! Woohoo....

Day One

Today is the first day to my diet!! Im feeling postive!! I'm going to be a loser and I cant wait!
