Note: I am getting close to my long-time plateau weight of 124.8. I am so nervous. I hope I can pass this mark easily this time.

Note to MYSELF: I've just noticed that the fact of me being concerned about my weight and eating routine comes from the luxury of being in a stable situation. I was so focused on achieving my first year "goal" and then dealing with its consequences and surviving the new lifestyle (according to my husband defa-e-moghadas period) that I totally forgot about "myself".
I am so glad that I achieved my goal that seemed unrealistic at the time and I am confident about it now. I did not feel like this since January 2009.

It has been 1 year since my last post. I have gained a lot since then. Today I weighed myself in and I was 129. It is so disappointing. I have to lose 10 pounds by Christmas. I try to monitor my intake calories. I would like to resume a healthy lifestyle now after one year break.

I was 120.8 this morning, lost 5.5 pounds since I came back from BB. I am not feeling well though. Had headache all day. I tried to drink lots of hot tea and warm water.
