I have gained so much weight. I no longer like myself when looking in the mirror.
Recently, I wake up around 6:30 due to exessive stress of teaching. I woke up 6:15 am today as usual although I am not teaching on Friday. I started to surf the net bur after about half an hour, all of a sudden I decided to go for running and I DID it.
I ran/walked for about 2 miles from 7 to 7:23 am and I am so proud of myself.
I have gained 8 pounds over the last 10 months. I was 115 last September. Yes, I was really busy over the last few months and unfortunately, I could not sign up for my Yoga classes that I planned for at the beginning of the summer. But today, I decided to start working out again even if I have only 15 minutes. So here is my report:

I have been on vacation for the past seven days. We drove down to North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and finally Florida. It was fantastic to lie on the beach in late December. I am telling you it is nice and at the same time somehow disappointing to experience summer and winter in only one day. We were in sunny Daytona Beach in the morning and in snowy Blacksburg in the evening.
Unfortunately, I gained 2 pound although I walked a lot. I was eager to eat southern food while I am there and as you know they are pretty oily and mostly fried. So it is not surprising to gain weight. I have to work on my healthy eating habbit again. I have to concentrate on my dissertation too.
I am so stressed out to see the load of the work for this semester.
I did 40 minutes elliptical (400 cal), 6 minutes rowing (50 cal),13 minutes walking (30 cal), and some muscle training for arm muscles.
It was great to do some severe physical activity after a while.
