I did diet suicide yesterday. Almost no calorie intake until 4 pm (I woke up late and had to jump to my car and go to school to check my overnight simulations......) and then BOOM 3515 cal!!!!!!!!!
Korean food, extra buttery pop corn, HUGE soda........
That was fun though. I enjoyed my Friday night with my husband and do not intend to ruin it by worrying about calories. This is not my typical day and lifestyle anyhow.
Now that I confessed about last night, I have to add the Oktoberfest night out too. I drank MANY glasses of beer. Perhaps another 4000-5000 calories intake and many dead brain cells.
