getting started
My daughter Laney will be turning 7 this April, and my son Liam just turned 1. When i had Laney i left the hospital at 200lbs. I never really worried about my weight and assumed it would come off in time by eating right and staying active. Unfortunatly babies and desk jobs don't exactly burn a lot of calories. I managed to get down to 160 lbs by the time she was 3. I went walking every day after work and watched what i ate. Eventually that tapered off and i was at a desk job again and was back up to 198lbs. Which is what i weighed in April 2008 when i found out i was having my son. I did really good during the pregnancy and only gained 30lbs, and I left the hospital at exactly 220lbs. After my son's birthday party (janruary 2010) i was going through the camera and couldn't believe how overweight i really looked. I never really nothiced it in my wedding photo's (october 2009) mostly because i was standing in all of them. So i decided i needed to do something about it. After 1 1/2 months of setting my alarm for 5am so i could exercise and never getting out of bed till 6 i decided that was not going to work. I talked to a girl i worked with and she suggested adipex. She was on it about a year ago and she managed to lose her weight quickly and easily. So i made an appointment with my doctor
