arms and shoulds, Ab Ripper X
Ok everyone, I just got finished doing the arms and shoulder DVD and the AB Ripper. Made it through Arms and Shoulders just fine. The hardest thing about that DVD for me was doing the arm chair presses. Went on to do the 15 minute Ab Ripper X DVD and I could only make it through 5 minutes!!! What a tough DVD!! That thing is no joke. Oh well that's ok. I'll just have to work my way up to making it through the entire thing. Anyways, I'm off to bed. Have to work early early in the morning. I'll write tomorrow!
Ciao!

My introduction
Hi everyone! My name is Julie and I am 27 years old. I live in Little Rock, AR and I am a Respiratory Therapist. I am engaged to be married in Feb. We are eloping to Ocho Rio, Jamaica. Since I have this big event coming up I have decided to finally do something about my weight. I just graduated from college in May and well we all know what college does to us...we gain weight!!!!!!!!!! We always need something fast and good and sometimes the only thing that meets that criteria is taco bell or wendy's haha. When I was younger and in HS and even after college I was an athelete and I stayed in really good shape until school became the most important thing in my life. Well now I don't have school to worry about anymore. So, about 6 months ago I started researching the P90X program and well about a month ago I took the plunge and ordered it. It came in the mail about a week and a half ago. I spent the past week reading the books, taking my before pictures, and my before measurements and weight. It's been about a week since i started the program and so far I have lost 6 lbs!!! =] So, I am going to be using this blog to keep track of my diet and just to talk about the workout in general. Let me tell you guys, it's tough! This workout program is not for the faint of heart! However, I do suggest that everyone try it because it is incredible! Talk to you all soon!
