Been a couple of days..
Sorry I haven't blogged in a couple of days. Been working a lot. Anyways weightloss is going well, I lost 1 lb since my last update haha. I'll take it! I am feeling much better! Thanks everyone! got my haircut yesterday! I really like it! I feel so much better. Before I went to the salon that I actually went to I called another salon to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was so rude! She wanted my name, address, occupation, and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, and told me if I didn't give her all of it I couldn't have an appointment with them. I have never heard of a salon doing that. I guess they want to charge you if you don't show up. That's just ridiculous. Anyways, other than that little ordeal I am doing well!

hung over
woooo....I feel like poop this morning. I went out with some friends and had some drinks..this morning I have a headache and I feel like I got ran over by a freight train. =[ I haven't drank alcohol in a long time because of my diet and well I am trying to get healthy. Man..that was a bad idea. I feel like an idiot. Oh well, Today is a new day. Welp,. I think I'm going to crawl back into bed. I need some rest. =[ Bye guys

Picture Time
So since this is week 3 on P90X I decided to take some more pictures. I've been taking a set once a week. I can actually tell a little bit. I'm toning up and things are getting smaller. I took pictures in the same outfits as I did before..including the bikini. Waist has slimmed a bit, back of arms is smaller, however can't tell much of a difference in my legs. They say legs and butt are the last to go. I can tell for sure in my face though. When I become brave enough I'll post some pictures hehe

Early morning...
Today is my day off yet I still had to get up at 5am to take JP to the airport. He's going on a business trip to NY. I went back to bed though =]. I weighed myself this morning and I am still the same. =] yay!!! Maybe I am obsessed. It's just that if I don't then I forget to weigh myself officially once a week. Besides, let's me see what my water weight is like and maybe if there's something I should cut back on or something I'm not doing right. I am very sore today. Instead of doing plyometrics last night I decided just to take the dogs for a run. So, that was nice. =] Welp, I will write more later

Just got back
So I just got back from the dinner and I am very proud of myself. I had 1 beer, the rest was water. I had a cobb salad with fat free italian dressing. Everyone else had meatballs, ravioli, spaghetti...It was a real authentic italian restaurant. I love pasta but I had to resist. They even got a big thing of cheese cake and shared it. I didn't have any of it though. Not even a bite!! I can't believe it. I am sooo proud of myself =] I think I might even try the plyometric DVD again tonight and see how far I can get. We'll see though. Wish me luck. Hope everyone else is rocking their socks off ! Keep it up! =]

Dinner tonight...
So I just got finished doing core synergistics. I did all of it except for the last 15 minutes just because I have to get ready for dinner tonight. It's my fiance's moms birthday and we are all going out to dinner tonight to celebrate. I am soooo tired! Core Syngergistics is such a great workout. I always feel better after I do any p90x video. I actually feel some what attractive tonight. Haven't really felt this good in a couple of years. I can't imagine what I will feel like when I lose 30 more lbs. My ultimate goal is 145 lbs..but if I can hit 150-155 lbs that would be awesome. I was a size 6 when I was at that weight. Today I went to forever 21 and looked around. They have such cute clothes! Their dresses are awesome and pretty cheap too. I decided not to buy anything though until I hit around my goal weight. That will be my present to myself. A new wardrobe. Maybe I can stick 20 bucks back every week in an envelope and in about 5 months I can just go crazy! hahah This is just all so exciting. I just can't wait to look and feel good. =]

wow lost some more
Ok this is crazy. I lost some more weight. I swear I'm eating! I think it's just because i'm working out so much and eating good food. I haven't been this good to my body in probably 2 years. So I met my goal of 185 and actually surpassed it. I am 184.5!!! Can you believe it? I sure can't. It feels great. That's 14.5 lbs down! Oh my goodness I can't wait until I get to the 70's. I am on a roll! I hope I don't plateau soon. Yesterday i ate well. I had yogurt and a breakfast bar for breakfast. Snack I had apples and granola. For lunch I had a veggie burger and some vegetable soup, snack I had some jello with whipped creamed and for dinner I had a chicken sandwhich with cottage cheese and a portabello mushroom. Not bad! Well I hope everyone else is doing well too!! Keep up the great work!

Plyometrics..
kicked my ass!!! I only made it through half. Today was suppose to be rest and stretch day but I thought I would bump it up a knotch! Hopefully I will be 185 on Wed.!!! Everyone cross your fingers for me!!! Eating has been going well and so has the working out. I'm really proud of myself. Work is going great too. Had ER the last couple of days but nothing exciting happened. Hopefully I'll get to go back to the NICU soon. I think this coming weekend I might stop at Forever 21 on Friday after work and pick out a cute sundress. I bet they have a bunch on sale now since everyone always puts their fall stuff out sooner than they should. That's ok though...that means good deals for me!!! =] So, anyways, I have the rest of the week off except for Thurs. and Fri. So, everyone wish me luck on wed. and I hope i'm 185. I hope everyone else is doing great on their plans too!!

down some lbs and kenpo x tonight
So today I weighed and I was 187.5. Down some! Yay! Tonight I will do kenpo. Work was pretty good. Did a lot of walking. Well, i am off to eat dinner and spend time with the fiance =] Hope everyone's weekend is going well!

Dinner Time
Ok everyone, here is what my fiance and I are having for dinner.
Grilled Salmon with squash and varies other vegetables. Marinated it in a low calorie hawaiian marinade bought from the store. Used 0 calorie I can't believe it's not butter spray, minced garlic, and 0 calorie olive oil spray. We are also having portabello mushrooms glazed with olive oil, garlic, and 0 calorie butter spray. Sounds good doesnt it? I think it will be. I think tonight after dinner and after I digest my food, I might go ahead and do the plyometrics workout. Anyways, just wanted to update. Ciao!
