bad day
well today is was going to run but i had a little situation come up. my doctor has been making me get my blood taken every week for the past 4 weeks. so i went in today and i have super bad veins. so getting blood taken is a catastrophe. so she couldnt find anything in my arms so she had to do it in my hand. ya my freaking hand! so she got it done and asked me how i was feeling and i said that my hand kinda hurt and then next thing i know i wake up and shes in my face!! i freaking fainted! ive never fainted in my life! scared the absolute shit out of me! it was such a horrible experience. when i woke up she said my eyes were dialated and i felt so weak and hot. my neck is killing me too because i think when i fainted my head fell back and i pulled something. now my stupid husband is saying that i must have a concussion because my eyes were dialated. i told him that i didnt hit my head and he said that i dont know. geez. then he asked me how long i was out. um i dont know. i forgot to ask. its so retarded. so....im not doing my run or anything today except laying down

needing some help finding time
Ok, I work in the clams department of a major insurance company and with all the horrible weather the U.S. has been getting lately I have been super busy and working 15 hour days. I've been sooo tired and barely remembering to eat and no time for exercise. So how do I find time to eat right and exercise until it slows down? I've just been running on coffee. Before work and after work I'm too tired to even walk on my treadmill. Plus my lower back is starting to hurt because I sit all day at work. Just need some advice!

hey hey hey
Horray for Tueday! Tuesday is my Friday so YAAA. I was going to start my C25K today but its raining out so that ruined that. I did FINALLY get news about my treadmill. They are shipping it May 7 and it should take 5-7 days. The idiots could have told me. So im pretty excited about the C25K program. the first week looks pretty easy but a few weeks down the road kind of worry me. Before my kid, i ran every morning at least a couple miles a day and then walked all over my college campus. now.....not so much. i think ill do good. i was always a runner. ive been doing pretty good with my food. i had 2 boca burgers and vegetables yesterday for lunch at work. ive been watching my calories too. alright....gotta go to work!

Day 4 on Medifast
Well, I've lost 2 pounds so far. If i keep up at this rate i will lose 15 pounds a month which i will defantly take. Medifast is NOT cheap. so i think ive thought of an alternative for after i finish all my medifast meals. dont get me wrong... i learned a lot from this program. so im basically gonna keep doing the program but with different food. ill show ya what i figured out.
Medifast
- oatmeal 110 calories
- bar 170 calories
- soup 110 calories
- shakes 90 calories
- pudding 110 calories
Total 590 calories
Other food
- Quaker Weight Control oatmeal 160 calories
- Slimfast bars 120 calories
- Campbells soup at hand 100 calories
- Slimfast optima shakes 190 calories
- Jello pudding 110 calories
Total 680
Thats only 90 extra calories and saving like $150. i think that i can handle 90 extra calories to save that much money. Oh, and I would still eat the same lean and green meals and at least i now know what kind of meat and vegetable are good for me to lose weight. Im gonna stick with the medifast food until i finish it all and then buy the stuff at the store. it will be so much easier because if i run out of something i can just drive to walmart or whatever to get it instead of waiting for it to come in the mail.

waiting
Well they just shipped me my first Medifast package. I sure do hope this works. I think it still takes 5-7 days to get here but they gave me a tracking number. Ive been working my but off spring cleaning/cleaning for the inlaws. Im off work for 9 days for vacation so I figured id do a ton of spring cleaning. now i just found out today that my husband has invited his mom to come stay with us for 3 days!! i may end up going crazy. so now im frantically cleaning like crazy. she ALWAYS finds something to gripe about. She always tries to rearrange my living room too or tells me that the art on my walls need to be changed. dang woman...leave me alone! so my vacation has went from relaxing to stressful. she will be here friday morning. at least cleaning burns calories. she asked me if i wanted her to rent me a carpet shampooer. um, my carpet was professionally cleaned two months ago lay off. wish me luck!!

healthy
I have been doing so much better. My friend Erin at work is great. We are keeping each other on track with this whole eating healthy thing. Its so much easier when you and your friend is on the same diet. It helps so much when you just want to go grab a Reeses and a bag of chips out of the vending machines. I havent lost any weight yet but Im doing so much better on my choices for food. The weather is starting to get warmer so I'll be out running my butt off. I've changed my goal weight and the time frame I'm giving myself. I looked online and I found my healthy weight range is 154-169.4. So my new goal is more realistic. I just want to be at a healty weight again. My Mom is obese and I really don't want to get big like her. So my new goal is to be 169 by September. That gives me the whole summer to become healthy. My schedule changed at work so I have the mornings to workout now, so that will help a lot. I was thinking of trying Nutrisystem. Has anyone done it? I heard the food is nasty but I can deal with nasty food if it helps lose weight. As long as it gives me energy and fills me up! Thats all for now. Let me know about your Nutrisystem experiences.
