I can feel it.. gaining momentum!
So for a while I've been stuck in the 218-220 range. Recently I broke it and I went down to 214! I'm staying steady at that number and so officially, I'm not obese. Cause I'm 5'11 (and a half).
I am overweight with a BMI of 29.4! WOOOO!!! *party*.
I'm so excited. All I ate today was a slimfast shake for breakfast (w/ vitamins) and a small small piece of grilled catfish for dinner.
And I had no need for snacks, I kinda just breezed through the day for once which was unusual, but uplifting. =]

Pizza just inches away...
Well my mother brought a big pizza and double order of chicken wings home.
By the way, it's the best pizza in town and the chicken wings are also the best.
I ate half a square of a pizza and 1 chicken wing because I just wanted the taste, and i restrained myself from taking any more. I'm pretty proud of myself because I usually have a problem with self control.

Reverse!
I don't know what my problem is. The Memorial Day Weekend really put the halts and put me 10 steps back, I had 2 barbecues and then the following week i started eating more, and more.
I'm so depressed and I'm starting to resort to throwing up. I am just so sick of this all.! ugh.

Slowing down..
I was stuck at 40 lbs. for the longest time, now I've made it down 217 and 43 lbs lost. Hopefully I can keep it going, good news is that I'm going to be starting Crew for the next season. So that way I'll be able to work out everyday.

It's Official...
I got up to 40 lbs lost this morning for the first time and i am really excited for one reason.
According to the government, I'm officially overweight. I'm not obese anymore, yay!!! =]

Omg nooo! Another dead spot...
So yeah, anyone who has tried to lose 30 lbs definitely knows about a little phenomenon I like to call a 'dead spot'.
Dead spots are pretty disappointing and put a real damper in your attitude.
I think I hit one. Basically, no matter how hard I try losing more pounds, I can't seem to lose ANYTHING. It's been like this for a week now and it's really frustrating.
I'm going to the gym every other day and I upped my regime to a full hour on the elliptical, I do about 1000 calories 6.5 miles (according to the display, which is unlikely).
I hit one of these before, if you scroll down and look at my graph you can see where I flatlined for a bit. It's really annoying. =[
So I guess I just gotta hang in there and not stop. And stay optimistic, maybe. =]

Wow! I bounced back!
So the whole easter dinner incident really put a damper in my attitude. But the next day was an amazing surprise. It seemed like it didn't affect me at all! It hasn't as of yet. But they say the things you eat tend to come back to bite you 3 days later. So we'll see how it goes tommorow.
The great news is that with very little effort I dropped down to 225 today. That was also an amazing surprise.
Looking back on my effort, my previous blog posts.. It is like a dream that I made it this far. I have tried diets countless times and I never lost more than 5-6 lbs. I'm racking up all the weight up to 35 lbs now!
I couldn't of done it without this website, blog, and you people commenting my page. Your comments helped me through the rough spots and for that I thank you all. =] *virtual hugs*

Dinner set me back 2-3 lbs. Oh well, I just gotta get right back on the horse. =]

Finally made it!
I finally reached my goal of 30 lbs! I am now below 230, and it's really an awesome feeling. I have been heading to the gym more often before, any time I could fit in a quick visit. I feel great.

Ugggh...
Still haven't had an opportunity to go to the gym. I hope one arises soon.. I lost four more pounds and I'm all the way down to 233! So exciting. =]
