Running Again
I ran 5 days this week. I mean, it wasn't my "run 45 minutes straight" thing that I used to be able to do. But I did alternate between jogging and fast walking for 30 minutes 5 times. Today was the 5th time this week, and I have to say it was SO much easier than it was on the first day. I've read about "muscle memory" and how your body can quickly adapt. It's really true. I feel great, sweaty, but great!
