5 miles catching up to me
So I woke up this morning (after that 5 mile run yesterday), and I'm SORE! My hips, my ankles, my knees are all achey, but it isn't the worst pain I've even been in from exercising, so I know I'm stronger than I was 10 months ago. I'm thinking my trip to the gym today will just be to do some upper body stuff and hit the jacuzzi...no jogging today.
