I'm a little dense...
Sorry, but I can't find the buttons. Where are they exactly? Thanks.
I love the pictures you have put on the home page of Leanne, Shelly and Swimkat and now Sara. I was wondering, could you make them so when you clicked on the person's pictures, that it will take you right to their blog? Thanks!
I have a question/suggestion for bloggers. When i started my whole weight loss journey a few yrs ago... I joined the SouthBeach.com blog site. When the bloggers lost weight... we could post stamps on our posts, marking how much we have lost and it was a type of "Club" for each 5 lbs we lost. Do you know what im saying? They were called GEM Awards. A different gem per 5 lbs. Example... Turquoise 5 club member, Tin 10 club member, garnet 15 club member. It was a bright fun thing we could stamp at the end of each of our blogs to show people how much we have lost. I have the HTML stuff for it... maybe you could tweak it to make it ExtraPounds.com friendly. I think it would be great.
Hi! I was wondering if it would be possible one day to get e-mail notification when someone on my Friends list posts a blog. That way I wouldn't have to go through the whole list more than once per day. Thanks!
LOVE LOVE the musc thing! These changes are so cool and incredible!
Say - I really like the new "see who visited your blog" thing, but it has only worked once. All the other times Iclick on it and it is a blank screen. Wierd, huh?
Hi - so glad Steph said something. Most of the time the popup window doesn't work for me, either on my home computer or my office computer. I'm sure it's just a glitch, but I have to say that once I start paying for my account I'm really going to want it to work everytime.
I have another suggestion. It would be really cool to be able to link to a friend's blog from the Friends List area. I know you can do it from the "who has visited your blog" popup window, but again, that doesn't work all the time.
As a gold member, please make it possible for a member to toggle on or off for keeping his/her blog from being mentioned on the most active list regardless of whether they are public or private. Same with birthdays. Thank you.
The "who visited my blog" thing works the same way for me as it does for Steph. Sometimes I can see folks, sometimes not. But it's a cool feature when it works.
Everytime I click on the "last visit" button it always works for me.
However, one thing that has been annoying me is that when I attempt to post a comment to another blog, I enter the security number and it tells me it is invalid. Sometimes this happens 5 or 6 times in a row before it finally posts. I was wondering if it was because the author of the blog is actively working on the blog...? Any known reason for this?
Thanks for the info and sorry for not replying to you all sooner. We will look into the pop-up problem and see what might be the problem and let you all know. With the security number it tends to be a problem with not allowing cookies. Let us know if you are still having a problem with it.
We will also see if we can add the option of choosing whether your blog appears on the homepage. This would be seperate to the privacy option, or automatically happen when the blog is private?? It's a good idea, thanks.
Thanks for the message. This music on blogs is an option for the paying members and forms part of the gold membership. By paying a monthly fee you can put music on your blog as well make it private, see who visits it, upload more photos, have more trackers and other benfits to enhance the extrapounds experience!! For more details you can see the section on linked from the homepage called gold membership.
If you become a gold member then the option will become active on your control panel.
