On and Off

 Yes  - on and off has been my motto.  Back in again - the exercising has been pretty good and I'm trying to get a handle on the eating.

Talked with friend/doctor this weekend and he said he wants to help me get healthier (quit smoking and weighing less)...He's willing to give me his cost of what the medicine is, to quit smoking and he mentioned adapex? to curb my appetite and increase metabalizm...I've always been weary of pills...but I AM GETTING DESPERATE!  (sorry about incorrect spelling)

One more thing -- I thought of an ingenious idea this weekend and wanted to share....My Mom and I have Gmail and a webcam - Gmail is free to set up and you can buy webcams as low as $20.  One way not to get bored while exercising (or walking on treadmill in my case) is to video call your friend and workout together.  You can talk or workout in the video chat mode and you won't be lonely.  This was a wonderful thought on how better to motivate and hold myself accountable with someone.

Too funny!

Thinking of myself Webcam-ing a friend while exercising is too funny.  I usually exercise in close that are not fit for public viewing, sans make-up, tooth brushing, hair combing.  Still, it would be a lot of fun!  Good for you with coming up with new ideas to keep you motivated.

Now if I could just get in the swing of exercise...
