I'm not a liar

 I'm not a liar ---- I really do have the greatest intentions, however I didn't do what I said I was going to - day before yesterday - I said no excuses, yet found one -- computer down for day 1/2, so hey -- don't have to blog!! stupid, but getting smarter with every mistake.

Bfast confession 4 orange rolls - 8 grams of fat each!!!  Wished I could reverse, but now I have to eat veggies and fruit for rest of the day. --- plannning to walk on treadmill 1 hour..

later... i didn't last full hour on treadmill, however I did work up a great sweat - jogged a wee bit, and worked out arms with 5 lb dumbbells - totalled 45 minutes :)
now if I can just eat veggies and fruit for the rest of the day -- maybe chicken left overs from last night (breast)

Rut roh...

we've all had slips and falls, and I fully expect to have one again.  All you can do is take it one meal at a time.  Good for you for doing damage control so quickly.  Usually it takes me weeks/months!!
