Before After

still no weight loss

I have been making changes in the way I eat such as -0- sweets, less carb snacks, and trying to eat three meals a day, however weight loss isn't in the cards yet..Exercising hasn't been pushed as much as it should and "cycle" starting any day now - so here we are.  I'm still not letting myself go back.

Bfast - 2 small pancakes (biscquick, skim, and 1.5 egg)

One thing for sure - i'm not drinking hardly any water- lots to do with -0- weight loss too.

We leave tomorrow for our anniversary weekend

I will still need to be moderate and will need to take advantage of my Mom's exercise bike while i'm there.

Lunch - in hurry - swallowed ham/cheese on white wheat sandwich within a minute, 1 chic nugget, and 4 baked skinny fries

snack - 2 slice of turkey/1 block of cheddar and small orange

dinner - deer meat chili/light red beans/5 corn chips, tbs sour cream, tbs shredded cheddar

10 oz. beer at the moment.......

Keep it up

It is really frustrating to not see the scale budge when we're working so hard but you're attitude is great. I wish I could be more like that. Maybe just appreciating other changes, like feeling more energetic or being able to do something without getting winded should be percieved as positively as weight loss in this new lifestyle change.
