Tues food
oh boy - busy day..
Bfast small bowl of oatmeal
Lunch (meatballs/brown rice/gravy) - medium bowl - in hurry - ate too fast standing up
Walked 1/2 hour - grouchy, tired, and tummy rumbling from hunger
Dinner - Tuna (light mayo and small block of cheddar cheese on 2 slices of whole wheat - most of a red jello snack - 1/2 handful low salt peanuts before 5 p.m., so tonight - no more food- lots of water.
