Can't avoid exercise
It's been a few days now, and I haven't exercised, so I'll make a commitment now to walk or fittv for at least 30 min today and 10 min. abs.
Bfast - medium bowl of Koshi cereal and skim milk
Baby girl's left over bread from McGriddle 
Boy's left over sausage biscuit (4 bites) for bfast 
It's 2 p.m and I haven't eaten lunch, probably because of all of the a.m. food, but will stick to small portions and healthier foods for the rest of the day.
a few bites of Kushi cereal (without milk)
dinner - Meatball Deer rice and gravy (4 small meatballs - gravy - brown rice in medium bowl
Walked 25 minutes, abs 5 min.
