No loss
I'm seeing the positive in not losing, and that's not gaining. I have been gaining more and more weight with each month the past couple of years.
I do have to cut back....My subconscious is telling me to keep eating until full because that's what I know and have been doing forever. In reality, I will definately live through not eating large amounts....speaking of....my bfast
2 egg whites, 2 slices whole wheat bread
medium size bowl of kashi cereal with skim milk
Thankfully, I wasn't hungry when preparing hubby and children's food which was deer sausage and alfredo pasta.
I had 4 pieces of chopped deer sausage on whole wheat bun and 2% cheese for lunch.
dinner - almost whole large can of tunafish (in water), light mayo, mustard, sliced pecans on lettuce.
Maybe I can get it through my thick skull that the pounds won't come off unless I downsize my portions!
