A New Day and a New Plan

Ok, so yesterday I ate more than I should have. That's ok. I was thinking of eating 300kcal today, 400 tomorrow, and 500 on Saturday.

It's quite little I know but I desperately want to lose a few kilograms. I'm glad I have my aerobics lessons today which is 75min.

Christmas holiday starts tomorrow and it lasts for 2 weeks. During these two weeks I'm intending lose at least one kilogram and go below 45kg. Then I'll work my way lower and lower until I reach my goal of 41kg.

Right now I'm not eating any sweets of junk food. No crisps, chips, cookies, soda, pasta, rice, bread, butter, cereals, pastries or anything like that and no juices either. I also try and minimize eating certain fruits too. And no nuts either.

I'd find the perfect diet for me to be meat and vegetables only but I don't know if it will work out for me. At least two weeks ago I weighed 47kg and now I'm 45,5kg. Down we go!

No No No

You are NOT "failing forever." Look at what you can do when you put your mind to it! I, too, know that the very best diet for me is fish, lean protein & veggies only, but there's simply NO WAY I can eat like that for the rest of my life, so I'm taking a somewhat slower approach, and I've lost 61 lbs so far. Yes, I still have 50 to go, but I continue to lose, and I think I've finally found "a middle ground" where I can be happy & healthy for the rest of my life. I even enjoyed a cookie last night GUILT FREE!

YOU CAN DO THIS! You're beautiful & you will lose those few Ks in no time. Just make this the LAST time, and you'll never feel like a failure again.

I wish you all the best through the holidays and on your weight loss journey.

You're a WINNER FOREVER with me -- Ella
