OMG! I had an amazing week! I am getting use to my diet and I am not as hungry anymore! Yes! I am loosing wieght! I can't believe it!

OMG! I had an amazing week! I am getting use to my diet and I am not as hungry anymore! Yes! I am loosing wieght! I can't believe it!
This week I did not put my "ALL" into my workouts! I was having a monthly female problem plus a UTI. Gosh, like could anything else go wrong. So I didnt do all of my excerises like I was suppose to because everytime I tried to do my crunches I felt so sick! So, I took it light this week, next week I have to Ramp it Up!
LOL...I posted my blog in the wrong place! But I am so happy that I lost 6 pounds! I am so excited to keep going that I can't wait until the end of the week to weigh in and take my measurements! I was walking in the park (like 4 miles) around the track but now I am starting to run a little bit! I can't believe how amazing this journey can be! Thanks everyone who sent me a message of support!
