1st day on BB
I completed my 1st day with the bodybugg. I wouldn't call it bad, but it wasn't the most successful day. It's going to take me some time to get into the habit of the program. I'm supposed to eat 1000 cals a day & right now I'm doing good to get in 800. And that is usually all in one meal! I know that's horrible.
I'm supposed to be pushing for 2700 cals burned a day. I'm up to 2105. So I guess that's not too bad. I also have a 10,000 steps a day goal. I'm barely made it to 2500 today. That will have to be worked on for sure! I know I can do better than that if I put my mind to it. I have had this inability to stay lazy today lol. I knwo that's good right? It's like everytime I sit down, I keep thinking about how many more cals I'd burn if I was up doing something. Guess it that way, it's going to keep me motivated to stay active & always push myself to do more the next day! Like a little competition for myself ;).
I am hoping for a better day tomorrow!
