New Week!!
Sunday - the end of a so-so week. The beginning of a stellar week! I am so looking forward to a great WI next Sunday! This week TOM was here so it kind of detered me a bit in that department. I maintained today. Tomorrow I'll probably see a big dip, due to the tremendous amount of water weight I lose the day following TOMs departure. I almost wish it would have left yesterday so I would have had another great WI this week..but it's the set up for a great one next week.
I have made a couple of changes to my goals for this month. I've decided not to join WW after all. I am already going to be tracking my ins & outs with the bodybugg system. I don't really see the need to track them twice. Another reason is, I can't count points the rest of my life. It's just not realistic. I am eventually going to have to learn to eat right all by myself. I'm going to have to learn to get thru the holidays & birthdays without guilt. I am going to retrain myself on portion control at all costs. If I want a piece of cake, I'll have a piece of cake. Just not the WHOLE cake...or a jynormous piece lol. I can do this. I can learn to do this the right way.
I am 1lb away from my mini goal set back in August of 215. I had hoped I could reach that goal by the end of Sept. Here it is the beginning of Nov & I'm still just shy of it. I had a few slip ups along the way to accnt for that tho ;). I just started getting back on track full time at the beginning of Oct. I did have a 5lb gain toward the middle of Oct..so all these gains & re-loses account for my still being in the 200's almost 3 months later! My goal is still to hit 175 by xmas. I think a more realistic goal at this point would be to just hit the 10% mark of 194. I can't say I would complain about that one bit!
