Goals for November

Ok so I wanted to make a post with all that I am attempting to accomplish during the month of November.  I tried to make them as realistic as possible.  Ideally, I would love to lose another 50lbs but that is just rediculous & will never happen lol.  Ideally, I'd like to be able to walk 8-10 miles a day..again...very unlikely.  So with that said..here are my goals!

Goals for November
* Walk atleast 2 miles everyday - not much, but realisitic
* Lose 8-10lbs - again realistic
* Work out for 30 mins @ least 3 days a week
* Drink more water
* Get to sleep no later than 11pm/up no later than 9am
* Join WW online (again )
* Order the BodyBugg!!!

Some of those I will do without a doubt.  I am ordering my Bodybugg system with the digital watch on Monday!  Excited to death about that .  The other thing is, I am def joining WW online again on Monday.  I am going to give this my best shot!  I cancelled my order for the treadmill today .  My reasons for doing this are many, but the most important is that I do not want to order this machine..pay over $700 for it, then it just become a coat hanger within the first 3 months.  I have a gym membership that I already rarely use, so why would having the gym in my house make me any more likely to use it?  It wouldn't. 

One of my goals in Dec is going to be to commit to the couch to 5k program.  Another goal in Dec is going to be to look into the Cardio Coach program.  I have reserched it online & have listened to demos.  Just the demos alone make me want to get up & move so I think it would be a wise investment.  Give me a little push when I'm at the gym .
