I did it!
I finished an entire workout of Yoga Booty Ballet! Yay! It was a 36 minute workout "Cardio Cabaret: Burlesque Style". It was a lot of fun, I worked up a sweat, stretched, toned my muscles and I know I burned calories. I felt so great and invigorated afterward.
Now I just have to do a workout every day and I'll be set! Woohoo! Here we go!
