One Pound Gone!
I just weighed myself and to my happy relief, I have lost one pound!
So far, I have lost 5.5 pounds total, so I'm on the right track. I am already noticing a difference in my body and the way I move, so I am really looking forward to losing more weight... of course! lol!
I exercised a little bit after I woke up with AM Latte, which helped to wake me up, although the way we sat cut off the blood circulation to my legs, so when I stood up I had a hard time moving around, lol. I am hoping to do another workout later today.
I have also decided to start saving money to buy clothes after I lose the weight. I am trying to not spend too much money each month so that I can have enough money to buy some nice clothes when I reach my goal weight. It actually kind of makes me want to take a bit longer so that I can have more money for more clothes, lol.
