starting to blog
so yeah i just found this site and it seems cool so i guess ill try blogging
ive been officially dieting for 1 week and a half and i ve lost a few already, i read the dr phil weight loss book and its really been helpful (plus i love dr phil so that helps) and i also read you on a diet and that helps also
ive made it pretty easy for myself im on dr phils rapid start diet for the next 2 weeks then i ll go back to the normal diet (diet diet, not my old diet :P) and i do cardio at the gym everyday for 30 min and i do weights at home for 20 min 3 times a week.
so yeah thats it for now ttyl
