I am down .6.  I am happy.  I am again trying to get to 140.  I am happy though, since I am 4 lbs under goal.  Next month, I will have many volunteer appreciation luncheons.  So I want a little wiggle room.  If I can get to 140, that would make me feel more comfortable.  Have a great week.  I will check on you all soon. 

Wednesday

Well this past week went well and then I eat too much.  I am up about 2 lbs.  I will get back down.  But I can't figure out why I do this.  It is almost like I am setting up a stumbling block..  I know what needs to be done and I go have two desserts, albeit they are WW, but even so.  Then the other day I had a big piece of cake, albeit, it was my birthday cake, but it was the day after, and it was huge.  I do really well in the early part of the day, but by the afternoon, I am just looking to graze.  It is crazy.  Many times, I am not even hungry.  I am not stressed, just looking to graze.  Well I will continue to work on this.  Sometimes I have to work by the minute.  Agh, I wish it would just come by easy.  Have a great day.

Down 1...

...and I will take it!!!  Hopefully, I will stay on track, and so close to my bday.  It is going to be hard.  I was thinking of going to Babin's for dinner.  I don't know though.  Is it hard to find something good there?  I am just glad I lost a lb.  I am going to try and move a bit tomorrow.  I have ironing to do and some vacuumming.  Maybe, I can get some weeding in, or some biking.  We will see, I just need to stay off the computer.  That makes me sluggish and not moving.  Wish me luck.

The wrong direction

Okay, the scales are going in the wrong direction.  I know why too.  We went to Olive Garden after my niece's Confirmation.  I ordered shrimp primavera.  The salad came with dressing.  I had some, then ordered some without.  Also had a breadstick with butter, then ordered another without.  I should have done that before I ate the firsts.  Then, instead of asking for a to go to begin with and dividing the food up, I just ate the whole primavera.  I did order whole wheat pasta.  But I think that attributed to my 2.2 gain.  I am going to journal my food this week.  I am getting sloppy.  I still am under goal, but it doesn't take much to put my over.  I will lose these two lbs, plus maybe more before my birthday.  I cannot believe I am going to be 49.  How did that happen?

Wow, Aprill already

I cannot believe it is April already.  My computer went kapoot this week, so we had to get another one.  I vow to back up everything because now we had to have it done and the computer cost us extra to retrieve lost info. 

I have not been on for a while.  It has been busy, I do record my WIs, and read your blogs for inspiration, but other than that, it has been busy.  Our calendars are just filled with events.  The kids are keeping me busy.  I already dropped off ds2 for a theatre tournament this morning.  Ds1 will be dropped off about 10 at his high school for an Interact service.  Dd does not have anything today!!!  So she can sleep in.

Did I tell you we went skiing for spring break?  We went to Squaw Valley and had a blast.  We skiied for four days about six hours a day!!!  But I also ate things I don't normally eat and drink, like hamburgers, desserts and alcoholic beverages.  They were all yummy and I did gain about 4 lbs.  I think most of the weight gain was from Easter.  I had lots of candy and desserts.  But I weighed in the very next day.  I had dropped 1.8 and I am still working to get to 140 lbx.  We will see.  I have wanted to snack quite a bit.  I am trying to pick up fruits and veggies instead of Curve bars and fiber bars.  Something nutrirtious instead.  Well, I better cut out of here.  Have a great weekend!!

Staying on...

but sometimes I have to talk my way out of splurging.  When I have splurged, once it is done, it is not worth it.  So now I try and talk my way out of it.  I gained  .4, which is not bad.  I am about 5 lbs below my goal weight.  That is good.  We are getting ready for spring break.  Kids are mentally ready, but they better keep their heads in their books.  Still about 4 days to go.  Keep up the great work!!!

Back on track

Hey, I am getting better!!!  No pizza this week.  I am doing well.  A voice inside me wants to be a bad eater, but I have to remember I eat to live, not live to eat.  I hope that stays with me.  I am maintaining!!!  I hope I can do that!!!  See you soon.

I was not good

Went to Cici's for Ds2 celebration.  It was not good, I had pasta, salad, but then came the pizza, and more pizza.  It was not a good night.  Well, back on program.

Time of reckoning

I gained a pound after our Valentine lunch.  Which is okay since I was 7 lbs. under goal weight.  So that puts me just 6 lbs. under.  I am doing okay.

Untill Thurs........

This week is ds2's bday.  He will be 14 yrs old.  Agh!!!  Where does the time go?  I remember he was a week overdue.  He weighed in at 9 lb 12 oz and 22 3/4 inches.  He was a big baby!    He wants to go to Cici's for his bday dinner.  That will be hard for me, because I love bread.  I may have to drag myself into the gym on Friday.  So wish me luck.

Reporting...

...on Valentine's Day.  We had a wonderful lunch together at Papadeaux.  I did well by ordering the grill seafood, it is grilled on a skewer with veggies and salmon, mahi mahi, and shrimp.  However, it was served on a delicious bed of dirty rice that tasted so wonderful.  Yes, I did eat most of it, taking the leftover rice to finish up for dinner.  Wonderful bread was brought to the table, which I am a sucker for the breads, so I ate it with butter.  After lunch, hubby and I shared a most generous portion of Turtle brownie topped with a huge scoop of ice cream.  I thoroughly enjoyed it.  But I did add 4 pounds.  Luckily, I was 3 lbs under goal weight, so I am still okay.  I was on track yesterday and hope to be back down by next week.  I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's day!!!
