Almost Halloween
Wow, almost Halloween, and usually I am down enough to indulge in some chocolates, but this year, that is not going to happen. The last two weekends have been Homecoming games at the boys' schools. My sons (one a junior and one a freshman) go to different high schools. One opened in 2006, and now has all four classes with about 3200-3300 students. When they opened with two classes, there were about 2100 students. Now the new high school opened this year with two classes and a mere 825 students. What a difference between the two schools. Both homecomings were great fun. I chaperoned at both dances. Now I am truly tired. Well, tomorrow is weigh in and I don't see much movement downward. The added points really haven't helped. I don't know what is going on. I do know that in less that 6 months I will be 50! Fifty! How did that happen? Have a great week.

Okay
So I did go into some of my WPA's this week, trying to find out if I am just not eating enough. I lost .6 of a lb. That is good. I am now 148.6. Now to get under 147. I don't think I will make it for Halloween, but I can try for Thanksgiving. If I get down to 142, at least, I would have been able to splurge on Halloween. But with only 2 weeks to go, I don't think it will happen, so looking forward to pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. I am hoping I will lose more this week. I would love to see the 140's at night, right now I am seeing the 150's. Not a good thing. Onward to victory.

I am so frustrated
I cannot seem to lose, I need to get below my goal and I am 2.2 above my goal. If I don't get below, I cannot have Halloween candies. I have done well eating on plan. I rode my bike about 6 miles yesterday. Today it was raining, so I didn't ride. I am really heavy tonight. I am drinking water to see if that will flush it out. I need to stay focused and not let this weight gain make me give up. On October 9th, it was my 2 year anniversary to be lifetime, but not really as I am 2.2 above my goal. Wahhhhhhhh!!

Goodness
Well, today, the computers crashed, and good thing. I weighed in at 149.2. Which put me over the allowed two lbs about goal weight. She didn't make me pay, but I am determined to get it down, below goal weight. I did follow her soup idea. That did seem to help. We had open house for ds1, and ds1 had to lifeguard at one of the high schools for Special Olympics. So he needed the car. He dropped me off at Penney's and I shopped until hubby picked me up to go. They were having a great sale. We spent two hours in ds1's classes, and all I have to say, is I am glad I am not in high school. We started with English 3 AP, then PreCalculas, then Scholars program, US History AP, Basketball , Physics, and Spanish 3. Whew, I am tired just thinking about it. It is time for finals, so everyone here is studying. Tomorrow, ds2 has to be picked up from football. He has a Geometry final. I am trying to work on losing some lbs. The last two days I have walked a total of 6 mile. I will try and walk tomorrow. See you later!!!

Back down
Okay, I lost 1.6 since Friday. I really watched my food intake and shot a few baskets with my dd. I want to lose 2 more lbs. by next Monday. More would be better, but I would be happy with 2. I want to get closer to 140, before Halloween. I would like to have a few canies that day. Also, it is getting closer to the holidays, so I need to have some wiggle room. Friday
It is Friday and my wi was disappointing. I have got to get with the program and track. I have been so hungry lately. I don't know what the deal is. But I have to get back to 147 and below. If I weigh the same, I will have to pay, I don't want to pay. I am going to get down. Agh!!!!!

Hurricane Ike
I am so glad Ike is gone. We took a little water in the house, in the front and above my daughter's bathroom door. Our power was restored today at 3. How wonderful to have electricity again. We stayed with our relatives last night, their power came in yesterday evening. We took all our food from the refrig and freezer and put it in theirs. Today, we had dinner there, and brought back all our food. I am drying out the carpets, took pics and relaxing at home. Now comes the clean up and regrouping. My SIL lost a tree, unfortunately, it landed on their two vehicles, totalling both. In our neighborhood, we lost lots of trees and fences, but I don't think there have been any casualties. Luckily, for those that don't have power, we have a cool front coming in, so we won't be having the usual 90 temps. Please pray for those that have lost their homes, etc.
On theeating front, not good. I am eating normal food and less than good portions. I will now be able to get back on program tomorrow, now that we have power. I am not going to WW tomorrow. I will walk and organize tomorrow. Pray for me at being diligent on the eating front.

Back from meeting
Okay, I just made it! I weighed in at 149, 2 lbs over my goal weight. So I didn't have to pay. Next week I want to be at my goal weight. No more of this above weight goal. I have got to stick with the program. I need prayers for support and guidance.

The time is now
Last week was Labor Day, and WW was closed, I was going to go to WI on Tues, but when I got on the scales at home, they had gone up even higher. So I got my rear in gear and walked instead. I walked to the front of the subdivision to mail off a letter, a pretty good walk, about 10-11 songs worth. Then I walked the next 5 days, same distance. I am going to WW today and hope that the scales have moved down, they are down at home. I am hoping for a renewed outlook. I don't want to gain my weight back. I want to get closer to 140, instead of 150. When I get home I will try and walk if it is not too hot. The days have been glorious in the mornings and evenings, but still hot during the day. I will come back here and put what I weigh. I know I had to lose from last week, I just want to lose even more from the week before.

Goodness!
I gained 3.8 this week. Now it is time to get down to business. The kids are back in school. There is no excuse. The next three days I will be watching the teachers kids at the pre school. That will get me moving. Let's see if I can lose 3.8 by next week.
