Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Okay, I got on the scale today and it read 157.6.  That is unbelievable.  I have to stop and watch and write everything I am putting in my mouth.  Today, I will come back and put down what I have eaten.  I am walking after I drop off ds2.  That should help.  This upward swing has got to stop, and July 4 is coming so that is not  a good thing.  I will be checking in today at various times.

I have had 3 more glasses of water, plus a bottle of diet green tea at the pool.
I had a bar from WW, worth 1 pt.  That is 12 points today.
 
I am having a WW meal worth 5 points, broccoli, salad, with tomato, broccoli slaw,  mushrooms with 2 tsp of olive oil.  That will make me have 19 points.  I have two points left, should I have fruits or a fudge pop and brownie.  I will see,  I am going to try and stay away from the bread.  We will see.
 
 
I had the fudge bar, 1 point and later 2 slices of pineapple.  I had another glass of water, and will have another with my vitamin.  That was a total of 21 points.  Hopefully, I won't get anything else to eat.  I will see what I weigh tomorrow morning.  I hope I lose.  Goodnight.
 

Wow

Has it been since February since I have blogged.  I can't believe the time has gone by so fast.  I have gained some of my weight back.  I have been weighing 154 in the mornings.  I would like to get back to 147 again, but I am having a difficult time.  I need to journal my food.  I think that is the problem.  I need to exercise.  I walked today about 2.5 miles today.  Tomorrow, I hope to walk again.  Maybe that will help.  I have been using a smaller plate to eat my dinner.  Why is it so easy to gain weight and not so easy to lose it.  It makes me so sad.  Why do I like the food that is bad for me?  I have to get with the program.  Well, I will try and blog on a daily basis, maybe that will help.
 
 

Okay....

I am back, we finally got our computer back.  In that time, I have raised my goal weight by 3 lbs.  This year I will be turning 50, and I cannot seem to get back down.  I am going to keep trying, but I am not going to stress over it.  I am now going to a ww meeting here in my neighborhood.  I am so excited, I will be able to walk to it, once the weather is pretty.  It is a good 15-20 min walk each way.  I mulched around the trees yesterday, and I am sore today.  I also trimmed all our bushes.  Hubby helped.  He was laid off on the 6th of this month and praise God, he has another job starting on the 17th.  So the money will go to repairing the shower, and new tires, and to savings.  The Lord is good!!!  Ds1 is playing his second to last game tonight.  Their team is undefeated in the district.  Yea!!  He is on the JV team at his school.  Ds2 is getting ready for theatre arts and Science Olympiad competitions.  Dd is getting ready for Destination Imagination competition.  The year is getting ready to go into high gear.  Well, I have been thinking of you all.  Hope you all are doing great!  I will check up on you all.  Happy Valentine's Day.

Let's see

It has been a busy week.  I have tried eating well, but the scales are not moving down.  I want so badly to weigh in this coming Monday.  How can I do that.  I can't lose these last three lbs.  I may just go anyway and pay.  I don't want to pay though.  :o(  I want to be free.  I at oatmeal with soy milk 3 pts., banana 1 pt, English muffin 1 pt, peanut butter 3 pts, sandwich 2 pts. carrots, 0 pts, and yogurt 1 pt, and yougurt dressing 1 pt.  So 11 pts so far, but no water, I am going to get some water.  I am back, got my water, I need to be better about the water.  I am going to be good tonight.  I have 9 pts to go.  I am going to eat well.  Well, better go.

Not again

Well, I could not go to WI today.  I was weighing 150.  I need at least one good pound to go, but three would be better.  I was 153 last week, so I am going in the right direction.  I am doing better, I just need to write everything down, that I am eating, or I sneak something here or there.  If during this week, I get down, I am heading over to WI, I won't even wait til next Monday.

This week is final's week for the high schools.  Ds2 gets to exempt 1 test and ds1 gets to exempt 2.  So Wednesday, I believe both of them have to be at school by 9:20.  They get out at 11:30 on Friday and have a holiday on Monday. 

Hopefully, I will get another 3 lbs. off now.  You all do well, I am reading your blogs, but haven't really had time to sit and write anything.  I am praying for you all for strength and strong will power.  Chat with you soon.

I am bummed

Well, today I was back to 153, so I didn't go WI.  I refuse to pay.  Plus it was not a good eating day.  I had a WW smoothie with banana, an orange,later in the morning an egg with 2 additional egg whites with 2 slices of Nature's own bread, for lunch I had a can of soup, a few bites of leftover flounder, but it didn't taste good, so I chunked it, green beans, then three graham crackers with peanut butter.  For dinner I had a 5 pt WW meal steamed broccoli and cauliflower, black eyed peas, salad and a vita brownie.  Oh and I had FF french vanilla instant cappaccino.  I did pick at a few pecans, some were coated with sugar stuff.  I hope tomorrow is a better day.  I did vacuum the bottom floor, clean 1 1/2 baths, cleaned the lower floor and did laundry.  Tomorrow, I have to volunteer at ds1 high school, take him lunch for before the game, and hopefully clean some of the top floor.  You all seem to be doing really well with your resolution.  I hope I can lose at least 5 lbs more.  I will pray for you all.

Okay

This morning I weighed in at 151, yea!!!  I had oatmeal, and a smoothie be breakfast.  Popcorn at my son's game, then went to eat out and had grilled veggies, with grilled chicken and salad without dressing.  Came home and had an orange, 2 graham crackers, and a pkg of chocolate mint rice snacks.  For dinner, tomato bruscetta patty on Nature's own double the fiber bread, Bush beans, an apple, and 2 pieces of dark chocolate, and a cup of coffee.  I am hoping to be lower tomorrow, but I don't know how the popcorn will react in my body.  I still have to lose at least 3 pounds before I can go weigh in at WW.  I will be down soon.  I am not going to pay.  I just refuse.  Hope you all are doing well,  keep losing everyone!!!

 

 

 

 

Day 2

Today I weighed 153 which is going in the right direction.  I had popcorn yesterday at the movie, but bought my own bag as to not get any of that so called "butter".  I didn't have dinner which was tacos, tortillas, rice beans and queso.  I later opted for a bowl of oatmeal.  I had this fajita chili, but substituted chicken instead of ground beef.  I just had one cup.  Today, I think I may have an egg with 2 more egg whites, toast and my smoothie and banana.  I think I will try and go work out today, at least a walk.  We will see.  Well, just wanted to keep track of my weight loss.  I need to get this down to go in for a WI.  I don't want to pay, so I am working diligently.

It is time

Happy New Year!!!

It is time to get back with the program.  I really took this season off and have reverted back to old bad habits.  Last night, hubby and I snuck away and had dinner together.  We went to Chuy's, for Mexican food.  I had chips, which as many of you know are addicting and so I had a hard time stopping the progression of chips into my mouth.  They have wonderful queso, and a tomato salsa and a creamy jalepeno salsa.  It was so yummy.  Then we ordered, I had a taco, guacamole and queso, which I didn't eat all the queso.  Yea me, but I did have 2, yes, 2 margaritas with salt.  They were so good.  Then I came home and had tollhouse cookies, four of them.  The rest of the day, I had been pretty good.  I had an egg with Natures own bread and my smoothie with banana.  I had soup that was light with natures own bread again for lunch.  I did pretty well , but supper pretty much shot the rest out of the water.

Today I have had oatmeal, 2 pts, with smoothie with a banana for 3 points.  That is 5 pts.  My jeans are fitting quite tight.  I weighed in at 155 today, so I need to get back down to 147 by next week.  I figure some of this is water weight, for the margaritas and mexican food.  I hope that is all out of my system.  Pray for me that I dont have a relapse.  Hubby and I  are going to a movie and the popcorn will be a culprit.  I hope that I can stand up to the challenge.  I am so weak with popcorn, I love the stuff.  I don't add the oil, but he does.  He loves the stuff.  We will see how I do.
