Weigh In Monday
Today, I went down .2. I had gained .4 last week after Thanksgiving. I have so wanted a Whataburger with fries. Should I just splurge? That just sounds so good. Maybe I will have it and then work out tonight. Should I succumb to the temptation? Hubby is off on Friday, should I just wait til Friday. It takes beef 3 days to metabolize and weigh in is on Monday. If I have it today, I would have more days. Oh, what to do, what to do.
Today, dd has swim. Tomorrow, I sub at the preschool in the neighborhood. Then my son has a game out of town and my dd is going with me so we can visit her former teacher who lives in this town about an hour away. Wed. swim again. Thurs, Fri, Sat. son has tournament. Thursday out of town guests to visit, maybe go out to eat. Not staying here at the house, will travel to bil house or restaurant. Sunday, church, basketball training, and RE.
I will let you know if I had a burger. Agh!!!!

Post Thanksgiving
Wow, it is done. I had my pie, and I gained .4 of a pound. I am full now from breakfast/smoothie. I am still under my goal weight!!! My goal weight is 147, so being 143.8 is okay. Now to concentrate on Christmas. I want to eat sand tart cookies. So I will need to be a bit lower so I can have them. That is my plan. I am now going to the rec center to go work out. I have started to decorate. Tomorrow, I read to my daughter's class and watch my son play basketball, then work in the concession stand. Today, my dd will swim from 6:15-7:45. Well, I need to drag myself to the rec center, I don't want to go. I have to go. See you all.

Friday
Wow, I can't believe that the weeks are flying by. What is going on? It was just Monday, I turn around for 2 seconds and here is it on Friday. I am hoping to lose a little more for my pies. I want pies for Thanksgiving. It really is weird how now that I am thin, I still at time feel fat. Why is that? Maybe it is because I have bought clothes that fit, and the clothes are no longer loose. That is just a weird thing. I went shopping the other day, and went to the Women's section. I can fit in a 10 now, so why did I do that? It is hard to find things that look right in the Misses' section. I bought myself a pretty belt for the jeans that fit on my waist. It is a Brighton belt. So now I have one to fit on my waist and one for my hips that used to fit on my waist.
Well, better go for now, I may lay my head down for a while. I just got back from working out at the rec. Maybe first a shower then lay down for a little nap. Everyone have a happy Thanksgiving!!!

November is here and running
November has taken off. I can't believe oldest son will be 15 years on the 7th. That is Tuesday. Better buy bday presents!!! We take the kids out to eat, buy them presents, and give them 100 bucks, instead of a party.
Halloween was fun. I did have 3 slices of pepperoni pizza, and many fun size candies. I tried to have one of each kind, but didn't quite get them all. Now I do not want candy. That night I weighed myself, and I was up 4 lbs at about 148. Next morning, up to 147. This morning I weighed and I am about 144. I worked out yesterday, and I am forcing myself to go today. I want to be closer to 140 by Thanksgiving, so I can have some pies. I got right back on program after Halloween, which I was afraid I wouldn't. Thanks to the Lord for helping me through this week.
Now I wonder what a 15 year old boy wants for his bday. Any suggestions?
My daughter is getting ready for school, so she will be down in a few minutes. My sons are off at school already. The oldest goes in at 6, the second just was picked up by the bus to start his day at 7:30. Today is the last day of the six weeks. Last of the finals are today!!! They are excited about that. So I guess I will check on the laundry. Need to vaccuum before the weekend starts. Have a great weekend!!!

Halloween tomorrow
What a dangerous time, with all the candy in the house. I am 3.6 lbs. below my goal weight, so hopefully I can have a few candies. Then right back on the wagon to good eating. Because here comes Thanksgiving and I want some pumpkin and pecan pie. I will make sure I have the points and maybe some flex points. I have to plan, plan, plan.

Time is flying
Where did October go? It is almost November. Oldest ds will be 15 next month. It is amazing!!! I had a good eating day yesterday and got to work on the elliptical for 25 min. burning 200 calories. This morning I am going back to the gym for an hour, hopefully. It will be nice to get in a routine, but there doesn't seem to be any time. Gotta put in two loads of laundry, vaccuum, and do a bit of dusting. Gotta figure out what to cook for dinner. Can you believe Friday is tomorrow? What a fast week. Have a great day!!!

Weigh In
I am still going to the meetings because I need the support. I stayed the same weight as last week. I was a little nervous. My folks were in for the weekend and we went to a Chinese buffet. I did pretty well, using small plates to serve. I got two plates , but one was fruit. But then, they ordered pizza. So I had two pieces, one cheese, one pepperoni. Then hubby came home and ordered pizza from a different place, and I had two more skinny pieces of sausage and mushroom, and it was so good. So I thought I would gain weight from last week, but I stayed the same. I was about 3 less that what I weighed in but still under goal. Whew!!! That was okay.. Chat with you later.

It's raining
It is raining today, so I am not going to my meeting, but I will go tomorrow. Today I will volunteer at the high school, selling yearbooks during lunches.
Yesterday I had chili on my sandwich, with fritos, I love fritos. Then went to IHOP and had chicken sandwich on wheat bread with salad. Then my younger dh did not finish his meal and I ate one of his cinnamon rolls. Not a good thing. I am probably weighing about 146 today. I am going to be good today and see if I can get down further. I am still under goal 147. I am hoping to get closer to 140, just for a holiday cush. Well I am off. I will update tomorrow at WI.

I am official!!!
I am an official, card carrying lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I made it, got my key for my key chain and a fancy, smancy certificate. I weigh 51 pounds less than I did on Jan. 2nd. I have lost about 23 inches. What a change, now comes the hard part, keeping it off. Can I do it? Or will I sabotage myself? I am certainly going to work at it. I am going to continue going to the meetings. I don't think I am strong enough. Yesterday, the kids were off, we went to the movies and shared refillable popcorn, yes, with that oily stuff on top. Today, I had a snickerdoodle cookie. Tomorrow, I will need to stay on program. I am very excited for accomplishing my goal!!!!! Woo, hoo!!!!!
