Good thing we walked to and from the Rocket game.&nbsp; I was up today, but that will be down later.&nbsp; Going to work in the garden today, hoping that it will be the final day for that project and I can move on to another project.&nbsp; I was excited and a little sad, missing the 5 lb&nbsp; by just .4 of a lb.&nbsp; It has been hard.&nbsp; I do alot of talking, mostly out of eating stuff I really don't need.&nbsp; I went today and got a pedicure.&nbsp; I weighed in at 167.8.&nbsp; I need to lose about 20 lbs.&nbsp; It is amazing how much I can eat and not be hungry.&nbsp; I am doing well this week.&nbsp; Tomorrow is weigh in day for my first week of on plan eating.&nbsp; I have used some of my WPA points.&nbsp; I am hoping to not use any today.&nbsp; The first day I used so many.&nbsp; I still have about 17 left.&nbsp; I am hoping to be out of the 160's soon.&nbsp; That is my goal and to move more.&nbsp; Sitting at the computer is my downfall.&nbsp; I have gotten the kids off to school, hubby off to work, put in two loads of laundry and need to go to the store.&nbsp; Today will be a busy driving day.&nbsp; I am back down to 159.4.&nbsp; I ate a turkey sandwich yesterday, two cups of coffee, some walnuts.&nbsp; After my son's winning basketball game yesterday, we went to IHOP.&nbsp; I had the regular breakfast, which includes two eggs, I ordered egg substitutes, two bacons, I ordered turkey bacon and hashbrowns.&nbsp; Then it came with two pumpkin pancakes.&nbsp; I had sugar free syrup and a cup of Irish creme coffee.&nbsp; It was good, and I feel I made some better choices, but it was still alot to eat.&nbsp; </DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>Today we have another game to watch and we are planning on going to Cheddars tonight.&nbsp; Hope the boys win.&nbsp; I have had multigrain oatmeal with high fiber applesauce and a banana.&nbsp; I am quite full and hope I stay that way for a while.&nbsp; It is after 10, so if I can have a late lunch that will be good.&nbsp; I had a small piece of chicken, that was good, one slice of brisket, a small baked potato with lemon, but then I had potato salad.&nbsp; It was yummy, then I added Fritos to the mix.&nbsp; Those last two did me in.&nbsp; Who knows how many calories I ate, then Hubby and I went to see <U>Invictus</U> , great movie, but it came with popcorn, and I love popcorn.&nbsp; Then I came home and had three to four cookies, cant remember.&nbsp; Sooooo, today I weighed 160.0.&nbsp; I really think alot of it is salt, as well.&nbsp; So today, I start again!!!&nbsp; Here I go.&nbsp; By Jan.&nbsp; I want to be about 155-157.&nbsp; I can do that in a week or two.&nbsp; That is so I can weigh in without having to pay.&nbsp; I am going to try and do WW religiously again.&nbsp; That makes keeping the weight off just a little easier with the reminder and good tips I get from the meetings.&nbsp; So off to have breakfast.</DIV> <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV> <DIV>You all have a great day.&nbsp; It will be busy for me.&nbsp; DS2 wants a ride to the movies with some of his friends.&nbsp; DD has Kumon, that we will have to just pick up work.&nbsp; DS1 has a tournament game in Conroe, which is about an hour away without traffic, so we will have to leave earlier.&nbsp; Then DD has swim, which our neighbor will be able to take her from 7:15-8:30 pm.&nbsp;
